I'm Danielle, physical therapist and yoga instructor. My fascination with movement and the human body started at a young age when I immersed myself in the world of dance. Dance injuries led me to physical therapy, and my desire to find a new practice to fill my heart and soul led me to yoga.
As a yoga instructor, I believe in creating a strong foundational knowledge of alignment, along with fluidity of breath and body. My experience as a physical therapist allows me to guide students through a safe practice, and accommodate any injuries, restrictions or conditions.
